JOHNATHAN BENNET
While casting That '70s Show, one of my writers referred Jonathan to me. He was getting auditions, but was unhappy with his booking ratio. Our first session was for his MEAN GIRLS audition. I continued to coach Jonathan on his three callbacks that ultimately booked him the iconic role of Aaron Samuels in the pop culture juggernaut that is MEAN GIRLS. Today Jonathan is constantly working in everything from movies to television to spokesperson roles. Here’s a selfie he took living the good life!

IRENE WHITE
I knew about Irene White before we met. I'd seen her on TV, on stage, in showcases and had seen her headshot and resume come through my office many, many times. I was a fan. Then one day she disappeared. Years went by before she popped up again. It turns out she'd moved back home to Texas for a few years to take care of some family. This was before the days of remote auditioning, so she had effectively forced herself into a semi-retirement. Upon returning to LA several years later, Irene found that she was starting from scratch...again. I discovered she was back in town about a year or so into her return and convinced Irene to enroll in my masterclass. While studying with me, I brought Irene in to audition for a big guest star role on THE MIDDLE, which she booked. Shortly after that booking and about a dozen more in quick succession, Irene brought a SUPERSTORE audition into class. The role was smaller than the ones she typically went out for and booked, so she was hesitant to audition for it. I shared my perspective with her on that and we went to work on her audition for "Carol." She booked the role of "Carol" and rose through the SUPERSTORE ranks to achieve popularity as a major recurring guest star appearing in 44 episodes! Midway through her SUPERSTORE era, Irene left my studio and went on to study elsewhere (something I always encourage!) But I'm happy to say she came back and is still a client of my masterclass. Irene works steadily on scripted episodic television and in commercials. She also occasionally teaches commercial acting technique classes!

KELLY STABLES
Kelly's manager reached out to me about enrolling her in my masterclass. Her manager knew Kelly was good, he knew she was very funny, but she wasn't booking like they both knew she could. When Kelly came in she had virtually no TV, or film credits, mostly just regional musical theatre and animated voiceover credits...and she had a lot of them! Musical Theatre stage performers often make terrific TV sitcom actors, because the energy and rhythms are so similar, so that's what we worked on. Kelly is a wonderful actor with expert comedic timing and instincts, which we honed together in class. Her first booking while in my class was playing a neanderthal cave boy ("Cave Kid") on the short lived ABC sitcom CAVEMAN, clearly the role she was born to play hahaha! But this was the tipping point. Before my class, Kelly had booked 4 very small co-star roles on television over 5 years. After her CAVEMAN booking she went on to play 10 major recurring guest stars and series regulars during the next 5 years. A trend that Kelly continues to grow upon to this day. Kelly and her manager really helped put me and my classes "on the map" by referring dozens of actors to me over the years. I'm pleased to report that they are both (still!) big supporters of mine and my studio today.
